HOW TO MAKE A SUCCESSFUL E-BUSINESS

When you think of closing a deal by using the internet as communication tool, you feel afraid if the person that is behind the screen is going to betray you because some ulterior motives he have. I always say that if you want to succeed in an e-business the main strategy you need to implant is communication and search for the backgrounds of the person you are making business.
It is important to know who you are dealing with because as every commercial trade, they are similar only the e-business is on a virtual level were the physical contact never happens between the involved parties. Always keep a file of the person you are dealing with, and keep open the communication channel at any time, and even if you have the chance try to break the virtual barrier by visiting your costumers or partners that are on the distance.
I think mostly the key of succeeding in an e-business, is implanting a good communication strategy that breaks the virtual barrier between parties because there is no interaction like interacting face to face with an individual, if you want to succeed go and break the virtual barrier, use it mostly when you don’t have too many options to interact with your costumer.
Remember, have a good communication like I say and keep track of every file you have, because an e-business is like any other business, is just only that the intermediary are the communicational technologies.
